BlueLabel's Philar Solo Leveling Guide (RMA Edition)

This leveling guide was made taking into consideration that Starlight, Lord of Wars, and Guardian of Deity will most likely be applied to you when you change maps or die. Stats and Damage might be different depending on buffs you have.

Things to take into consideration:

  • Always upgrade equipment (specially rings and necklace)
  • Ring setup should always be 1 strength ring and 2 power rings (unless you get lucky and find earth rare rings)
  • Stats on the guide will always be base stats which are different from the game (Currently the game adds every stat in the game for a more accurate reading take your gear off)
  • Honor should always be RED for leveling
  • Grab every Golden apple and Dura that drops. Apples turn into tickets that will turn into an item that might help you
Level 1-3. Beginner Zone

Tip Always do beginner zone. At the end of the tutorial there will be Hooligans and Gangsters that won’t be able to kill you , instead they will raise your DP (Blood Fire) which will make these first two levels easy.

Level 3-10 – Street 2

These are probably the hardest level to bear as a Philar (Although you might get lucky and have your character buffed once you get out of the hospital) . Punch/Kick your way to level 10 always adding your Bonus Points into Spirit.

TIP You can always try to “tank” and raise your DP to kill many mobs at once.

Level 10-30 – Street 3

At level 10, you learn Soul Sphere. -You should have 410 spirit by now, and if you have starlight or Lord of War you will be able to 1 hit Robbers and Spies, so head to street3. If not kill spies on the bottom right of street2 until level 11-12 -At 610 spirit, you will be able to 1 hit Thugs, but be careful though because they can 1 hit you as well.

TIP

  • Never forget to bring at least 1 or 2 pass.
  • Keep leveling on street 3 until level 30
  • At level 25 you can go to the weapon store and get some gear to take some hits, but ideally you want to keep leveling until level 30 where you can finally buy your first rings and armor all at once.
Level 30-107 JunkYard-Backyard-Top of Downtown1

-At level 30 Get your armor and with the power rings you should be able to take few hits from cyborgs. If you don’t feel confident or die too often you can level till 35 in street 3 (where you get boots and are able to take more hits) -Keep raising spirit until you have 4270 (around level 106) and upgrade your equipment everytime you get the chance to. (Rings upgrades are every 30 levels)

Level 107-199 - Downtown 1-3

-At level 106-107 you will be able to 1 hit Snipers , but you will be VERY squishy. If you are sick of Junkyard you can try using Prot-M to take 1 more hit but if you don’t feel the need to move yet, you can keep level ing in Junkyard until lvl 120. From 107 until level 199 you need to keep raising your power to be able to take hits comfortably. You will level ing in these 3 maps until 200 where your base stats need to be

10-4830-10-xxxx

-TIP-

  • Move around those maps with at your own pace.
  • Remember that downtown 2 and 3 have commandos which hit a lot harder than Snipers
  • Always bring Pass. Spies and Commandos slows can be cured if you consume them
Level 200-300 Sahara1-Sahara2

At 200 you learn Psychic Punch With 4830 base spirit you will be able to 1 hit Espers so venture with caution to sahara1.

-Tip-

  • At level 250 with 5730 and 250 necklace you can 1 hit TNTs.
  • By 299 your stats should be something like

Level 300-400 Sahara2- Sahara Dungeon 1

At 300 you have two options. You can either level up in Sahara Dungeon 2 slowly but safely Or change one of your power rings to a spirit ring (which will be enough to 1 hit Android) until you raise enough Spirit to 1 hit Androids without it and change it again to a power ring)

Before hitting 400 you should aim for 7630 base spirit.

Level 400-600 Sahara Dungeon 1-2 & Himalayas

At 400 You gain the best aoe skill in your arsenal (and the only skill you will basically use for leveling) -your base stats should look like 10-7630-10-xxxx From here on out you should raise your spirit to 1 hit everything and have enough power to survive.

-TIPS for leveling 400-900-

  • At 400 with 7630 spirit you won’t be able to 1 hit Minos, but don’t worry… Minos aren’t the real priority here. 1 hitting everything else and ignoring minos will be faster and safer.
  • Matching your power (x10) to your level always felt as a standard safety precautionary

Level 400- 4000 power Level 500- 5000 power Level 600- 6000 power And so on

-If you wanna go to a higher difficulty map and want to take the risk of dying you can always add more spirit and lower power. At 600 if you followed the guide and have signus rares (C vends,2 Regen rings, and 1 eternity Ring) your stats should look something like this (10-12120-10-6000) This will allow you to 1 hit with Wraith all signus maps (except Valleys) There are two options once you get to Signus and dont have any sunset gears. -You can keep adding spirit until you can 1 hit everything wearing 3 eternity ring (which will make everything feel easier. (Less restocking and more stamina)


-You can add power to safely take hits and add the rest of the points into spirit and still use two regen rings.

Final Tips

Redmoon is really gear dependent. The reason my guides don’t go until 1000 is because 700 to 1000 really depends on what gear you possess. If you don’t have any unique or sunset you will most likely spend 700 till 901 in signus maps. Once you get to 900s you will have enough BPs to try Anatu with Sig rares, but even then FV will probably feel safer and faster anyways. At 901 you can group who are level 1000 (the ones that have Icons in their heads) ask them nicely and you might be able to leech some levels off of them. Be careful though, they usually level in way harder maps so be prepared to eat food really fast, the mobs will most likely 2 hit you.
